Scrambled Eggs and French Fries with Herbs
serves 3, preparation time 10mn, cooking time 20mn, total time 30mn
Ingredients
5 eggs
5 potatoes
1/3 cup mix minced fresh celery, basil, parsley, and dill
¼ onion
2 gloves of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp mix coriander and cumin powder
½ tsp salt
Vegetable oil for frying the potato
Water
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and slice them to the length. Wash and place the potatoes in a bowl and add salt and water to cover the potatoes. Mix and let the potatoes sit for 5mn then drain the water off the potatoes. Turn the range on to medium heat then put as much oil you think is enough to fry the potatoes in a pan. Heat the oil until it is hot then fry the potatoes in it. Slice garlic, onion, celery, basil, parsley, and dill. Crack the eggs in a bowl, whisk them, and then mix in the other ingredients. Put the olive oil in a pan and scramble the egg mixture.
Serve with a dressing of your choice. You can also add lettuce to serve.
