Banana Omelette

Prep and cook time : 5-10mn

Ingredients

4 or 5 medium bananas
2 eggs
Butter or oil for frying
1 tablespoon flour
1tbsp (1 pack) vanilla sugar

Instructions

Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices then fry the slices gently with butter or oil in a pan over low heat.
Beat the eggs with the flour and pour the mixture over the bananas in the pan.
When the omelet is golden brown on one side then turn it over until the other side is golden as well.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and serve hot.
